Let me put everything into detail:

Last January 2007, my husband get a credit in Wüstenrot for he wanted to buy a condominium in Manila. To that time, Im not aware that he will buy it through getting a credit here in Germany. All I know is that he got some savings that is why he wanted to buy such property. Year 2008, we get married and decided to live in Deutschland. Year 2009, my visa has granted and now we are living together.

It get into my surprised after 2 months being here, he suddenly ask me to sign such paper saying:
..."Please include my wife in the contract"...
He told me that he has this credit in the said Bank from buying the condominium and he have his parents as a guarantor for that credit.

Now that we are married and living together, His parents wanted me to be part of that so called Guarantor. And my husband said that if I will not sign that paper, his parents will be backing off as a guarantor to that credit and we will be into trouble with the bank...and now im confused.

My point is, why I should sign such thing? First, it was not made with my knowledge. Second, we are not married yet when that credit was given, regardless if that credit benefits me too.

Is this also a way from me not to get easily back in my country?

Judging from this case someone has backed out from guaranteeing this existing credit, or was it your mother in law? A better person to talk to about this matter is a lawyer before matter gets worst. Unless if you are willing to face the consequences by signing as guarantor, whatever happens you will become part of that ,,credit''.
